Ember started in 2011 in Graz, after our founders spent a decade watching distribution centres hold invoice reconciliation together with spreadsheets and goodwill.

Today a team of 90 works on one workspace, used across 19 countries. We are profitable, independently owned, and we intend to stay both.

What we care about

Boring reliability. The people using Ember are usually standing up, often outdoors, and never in the mood for a loading spinner.

Your data is yours. Full export in open formats, at any time, without asking us first.

No surprise invoices. Per-seat pricing, published on the website, the same for everyone.
